Eastbourne teachers join the Pride parade

EASTBOURNE teachers were out in force to support Brighton’s Pride Parade last week with the East Sussex National Union of Teachers once again participating in a brightly decorated classic open-topped bus.

Ratton School teacher Dave Brinson, who also chairs the Union’s national LGBT Advisory Committee, said, “It was wonderful to be joined by local colleagues from both primary and secondary schools on the bus or watching the parade, actively celebrating our diversity.”
