Car crash: three injured

Three people were taken to hospital after a crash in Whitley Road on Saturday night.

Firefighters worked with paramedics to free one person from the wreckage of a vehicle after the two car collision.

A spinal board was used to carry one of the injured people to the ambulance.

The accident happened at 7.33pm.
