Age Concern Eastbourne stage 50 plus day

AGE Concern Eastbourne will be staging its Fifty Plus and Full of Life series of taster events this Monday.

The taster day is being staged at the Venton Centre in Junction Road when a host of different activities are being laid on for over-50s.

These include classes in Zumba Gold, line dancing, body conditioning and dancercise. A beauty therapist will also be on hand for free file and paint manicures. And for those with an interest in IT, expert advice will be available for those who want to find out more about the wonders of an ipad.

For visitors, there will also be health checks available, including blood pressure and diabetes checks, as well as information and talks.

The day will also include performances by the Seaside Harmonies Community Choir from 11.30am to 12.15pm, belly dancing from 12.20pm to 12.40pm followed by a poetry recital.
