Wilson the architect of his own demise

RE: Mr Wilson’s sacking from Eastbourne Borough FC. It seems as though this destiny was in his own hands since the day he said “if EB had stayed up in the Conference Premier he would have had to resign.”

Perhaps the knowledge of this had an effect on the poor results leading to relegation!

He then expected us to believe he was aiming for the play-offs this season knowing he wouldn’t be able to carry on, therefore losing his second job (I think not!).

Anyhow there is no doubting the considerable successes of the past.

A J EATHORNE,

Alice Hudson Gardens.
