Open walkway along beachfront

CANNOT the Herald get the local council to open the walkways at the middle level or beach level to enable people to walk on either level direct say from the pier to the old lifeboat station while the repairs to Bandstand have to be made it?

It should not interfere will the repairs they could fence them off so easy. Even the dotto train is having to use the main road.

Or even open a temporary path round the back of the Bandstand at beach level, at the moment the only way is road level.

Please help all the walkers and visitors – or don’t we want visitors?

JEFF KLEPPER,

Trinity Trees.
