REGARDING the ongoing saga of the Wish Tower. Could the Martello Tower adjoining the old restaurant not be opened to provide a cafe/snack bar?
It could also hold exhibits found locally, in a museum.
No, no, no! No “space domes” on the Lawns. They are a much used recreational area.
If a new cafe is built, I think it very important to include a local museum.
Items from the (old) Towner Gallery seem to have vanished and were of great interest to all ages.
