LETTER: Going onwards and upwards

I am writing as the CEO of SASBAH '“ the Sussex Association for Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus '“ which is based at Gun Hill, Chiddingly, and supports around 500 disabled people and their families across the county. We are currently searching for dynamic people to join our Board of Trustees as the organisation moves forward with a new structure. SASBAH has new, ambitious goals and the Trustees are key to helping make these happen. We had an amazing 2015 celebrating our 50th anniversary and now we are making plans to move onwards and upwards. We are a lovely, friendly charity '“ like one big family really '“ and we want to encourage new people to come on board and help us achieve our aims. If you have skills and experience in any of the following areas, please get in touch: finance, commerce/marketing/business, professional leadership/organisational management/HR, education and training for staff, volunteers and trustees, and understanding and awareness of issues relating to disability.

You don’t have to have experience of being a Trustee/or with people with disabilities.

For further information, please email me at [email protected] or for an informal chat and further information ring 01825 873 045.
