LETTER: Cheerful '“ and so efficient

I cannot praise the Jubilee Eye Suite at the DGH enough. I had a cataract procedure done last Wednesday. I arrived at the time stated to be greeted with '˜would you like a cup of tea/coffee' by staff. Every step of the way was explained by the nurses and doctors who were very cheerful and smiled a lot '“ it put everyone at ease. So anyone waiting to have cataract operation, do not worry '“ staff were BRILLIANT.
