TOWN Centre versus Crumbles. Prudential and Legal & General are like two teams picking sides in the playground.
The problem is one side has the advantage of free parking and the winner will be free parking, it’s not a contest! It’s a done deal! If car parking charging is started at Asda or Tesco or Sainsburys then trade would suffer drastically. Just compare seafront parking.
If Legal & General could provide free parking in the town centre then the balance could be restored. But that won’t happen, will it?
