Average wage causes confusion

ARE YOU confused like me? I’ve been listening to people talking on the television about money.

It appears that the average family income being quoted is £26,000 a year.

I’ve also heard that some bankers whose pay is £1,000,000 or thereabouts could be in line for a bonus of another £1,000,000.

Being confused I checked with my calculator.

The lucky banker will get as much in this year as the average family will get, but it will take them 77 years.
