Eastbourne and Willingdon MP Caroline Ansell has praised a new beauty salon in the town for offering free treatments for women struck down with or recovering from cancer.

Butterfly Makeup and Brow Studio in Calverley Walk, Little Chelsea, has recently opened and owner Nikki Robinson told Caroline during a visit that she wanted to give something back to the community, so she has decided to offer free treatments one Wednesday a month to women living with cancer.

Caroline said, “This is a generous thing to do and very community spirited, and I hope that women suffering from this terrible disease will go along and take up her offer.

“It was also great to meet a woman getting out there and making a go of a business in Eastbourne. Women in business is something I’m very keen to promote, and I wish Nikki the best of luck in her new venture.”
