Houses to be demolished?
Plans have been submitted to demolish four three bedroom houses in Eastbourne and build a block of 12 flats in its place.
Developers say 84, 86, 88 and 90 Northbourne Road close to the Britland Estate are uninhabitable because they are suffering with subsidence and want to knock the properties down and rebuild seven two bedroom and five one bedroom flats with car parking spaces.
The plans are with Eastbourne council.
