Sussex has produced some of the highest turnout figures across the country for the EU referendum.
Although no area in the county has declared a result yet, several have announced turnout figures, with the highest being Horsham at 81.65 per cent, ranging to the current lowest being Hastings at 71.6 per cent.
The current second highest in Sussex is Mid Sussex with 80.8 per cent, followed by Rother with 79.3 per cent, then Chichester (77.9), Arun (77.86), Adur (76.4), Worthing (75.5), Eastbourne (74.7), Brighton and Hove (74.05), and Crawley (73.2).
The first Sussex results are expected to be around 3am, with the latest estimated to be announced before 6.30am.
Results will be collated at 12 regional centres, then an overall result will be announced at Manchester Town Hall.
Although a fraction of local centres have announced their results, the leave campaign are reported to be defying initial projections, with the pound falling dramatically against the dollar.
