AFTER months of planning and design Pathways students from The Causeway School completed a memorial garden in Milfoil Drive, Shinewater.

A variety of people were involved including Parker Building Supplies in Eastbourne who provided all the materials for the patio design. Local builder Edward Wolfe also kindly donated his time and his skills to lay the patio, with a bit of help with labouring duties by Sussex Probation Community Payback Team. The plants were provided by Sussex Plants and Nick Scott-Harman and Fred Godfrey from ESK. A school spokesperson said, “Everyone worked together to create something the whole community can be proud of.”
