NEW murals at the Town Farm estate recycling site have been installed as part of this year’s Hailsham In Bloom campaign, replacing the existing weather-damaged murals produced almost three years ago.

Working under the supervision of the Town Farm Residents’ Association, young people from the recently launched Young Farmers’ Youth Club contributed to the design and painting of the recycling inspired graffiti designs onto the mural boards located next to the Hailsham East Community Centre.

A Hailsham In Bloom spokesperson said, “The young people who took part in the hands-on design and re-painting project should be applauded for their efforts, and I hope that the new mural displays will be well received by South & South East in Bloom judges during their visit to the town this summer.”
