GENO Washington and the Ram Jam Band will be performing at Hailsham Pavilion on March 20 (7.30pm).
Geno is one of the all time great soul singers and along with the Ram Jam Band will get everyone at the Pavilion in party mood and ready for a rocking good night.
Essentially a live act, (even their famous Hand Clappin' Foot Stompin' album that spent 48 consecutive weeks in the charts was a live recording), this hot and hard working band has performed all over the world.
Expect all your favourite soul classics including Ride Your Pony, Uptight, Respect, Midnight Hour and the Jagger/Richard penned Jumpin' Jack Flash.
Opening the evening are local Stax, Motown and Funk favourites, EG Riley's Rocking Soul who mix covers of Stevie Wonder, Aretha Franklin and Otis Redding with their own up-beat material.
