Garden furniture stolen in Seaford

Police are urging residents to store any outdoor furniture after a table and chairs were stolen from a garden in Seaford.

The wooden slatted table and two chairs were taken from a garden in South Street in Seaford between 7pm on Saturday November 16 and 7am on Sunday November 17.

Sergeant Stuart Mullins said, “These are quite bulky items so if you saw anyone moving garden furniture on Saturday evening into Sunday, we would appreciate hearing from you.

“We haven’t had any other similar thefts but given the time of year, if you have the room, it might be timely to put away any garden furniture for the winter.”
