Hailsham Leisure Centre will be continuing its successful partnership with In-Clued and Active Play to deliver specialist disability activity sessions over the coming months.
The sessions will be available to anyone with a physical or learning disability up to the age of 25 and the first session will be completely free to attend.
In-Clued is a community group created by parents of children and young people with physical and learning disabilities, for other parents facing similar challenges.
The sessions will take place on February 20, March 19 and April 16 from 8am to 10am.
During these sessions, participants and their families will be able to enjoy an hour of soft play with a variety of sensory toys and games, followed by a few games of ten pin bowling.
