Fox in ‘critical’ condition after shooting in Friston Forest

East Sussex Wildlife Rescue Service took in an injured fox this morning (January 28), which appeared to have been shot with an air rifle.

The fox was found injured at Friston Forest, and was seen by the vet today.

The service said the fox was ‘on medication and being monitored closely’, and remains in a critical condition.
