Firefighters rescue Seagull in Eastbourne

A seagull was rescued by firefighters after becoming tangled in nets in Eastbourne last night (Tuesday, September 8.)

The RSPCA called East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service for help following reports of the trapped seagull.

One vehicle from Eastbourne attended the animal rescue at Auckland Quay at 6.22pm .

Crews worked with the RSPCA to release the seagull.
