Fancy a messy and fun Christmas in church?

WHY NOT begin your Christmas at Greenfield Methodist Church this year?

This Saturday, December 10 from 10.30am until noon, a mini Christmas Fair will take place on the church premises in Greenfield Road, Old Town.

There will be a number of gifts to purchase as well as refreshments available.

During the course of the morning, visitors can get into the spirit of the festive season by joining with others to sing carols around a colourfully decorated Christmas tree.

The following evening, Sunday December 11 at 5.30pm, the church congregation invite visitors to join them for a Messy Christingle Service. This is a service with a difference where all the members of the family become involved in a wide range of activities from making Christmas symbols, decorating the church Christmas tree, as well as making the Christingles along with sparkly Christmas prayer chains.

This will be followed by Deacon Jon Miller leading a service of Christmas praise rounded off with everybody enjoying mince pies and hot drinks.
