Eastbourne Flower Club - feeling 'fleurtatious!'
THE club welcomed Jean Plaskett to their meeting who gave a demonstration entitled 'Fleurtations'.
This used many exotic flowers. Mrs Ann Barber gave the vote of thanks. Jean Plaskett was pleased to see the number of arrangements in the club competition, and judged the exhibits with helpful comments. Mrs Pat Easton, chairman, gave details of forthcoming events, and complimented three members who entered a Hailsham club competition in May, Mrs Vanessa Jeffries finishing second. Next practice class is ' A night at the opera' – quite a challenge.
