Two men have been charged with burglary at a home in Stoke Close, Seaford.

On Saturday February 21 police were called at about 9.30pm to a report of voices and noise behind the property.

Intruders had broken a window at the home to get inside and steal jewellery.

When officers arrived they arrested two men nearby.

Lukas Boboic, 22, of St Anthony’s Avenue, Eastbourne, and Adam Buckley, 24, of Great Cliffe Road, Eastbourne, were later charged with burglary. Buckley was also charged with criminal damage.

Both men appeared at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on February 23 and were released on bail to appear at Lewes Crown Court on March 20.
