Police are appealing for information about an Eastbourne man wanted on recall to prison.

Nathan Jackson has breached the terms of his licence and he has been on our most wanted list for more than a year.

Detective constable Daniel Thomson said, “Nathan is originally from Manchester and we know he has links in the city area and Lancashire. We believe he committed crimes in Eastbourne where he was living in January 2014 and believe he has some connections in Hastings as well.

“He is described as black, around 5’ 9” and bald. He has a tattoo of a cannabis leaf on his upper left arm, and the words ‘Diane’ and ‘RIP Nikki’ on the inside of his lower right arm. He may have changed his appearance but his tattoos are distinctive.

“We are appealing for anyone that has any information, however small, to contact police about his whereabouts. He is not believed to be a danger to the public but anyone who has seen him recently should contact police.”

Jackson, who was initially jailed for burglary, has been ordered to return to prison by the Ministry of Justice for failing to adhere to his prison release licence conditions.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk quoting serial 2004 of 24/12/13.
