Eastbourne estate agents Bob Hammond and Adrian Palmer are taking part in this weekend’s Paris to Pier cycle challenge to raise cash for St Wilfrid’s Hospice.

They are part of a 30 strong group which will enjoy two days cycling through the countryside of Northern France before the final day’s challenge of covering the 100 miles between the outskirts of Paris and Eastbourne Pier within 24 hours. The bike ride marks the end of Bob’s fundraising year in memory of his father-in-law William Hanmer who died early this year.

Both men work at Town Property, which has sponsored the event.
