MEN’S BREAKFAST: The next meeting is on Saturday 1 October at 9am at the Village Shop, Upper Dicker. Join the Vicar and others for a short talk, time for a chat and a scrumptious breakfast. The breakfasts will be held monthly and in October the Rev Dan Merceron will be talking about his time as an army Chaplain.

HARVEST THANKSGIVING: On Sunday 25 September at 11am, Harvest Thanksgiving is at Michelham Priory for worship and apple picking.

HARVEST SUPPER & GAMES EVENING: On Saturday 1 October at 7.30pm Upper Dicker at Upper Dicker Village Hall. Tickets £7.50 per head, £4 children aged 5-16. Includes supper with tea or coffee. Bring your own other drinks. To book call Liz on 01323 841541.

RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION AGM: For Dicker residents on Friday 30 September at 7.30pm in Dicker Village Hall. In addition to discussion on planning matters and other issues, up to six committee members are elected. Do go along to the meeting.

GARDEN TOUR: Book now for an Autumn Harvest Garden Tour at Michelham Priory, Upper Dicker, BN27 3QS on Saturday 15 October. The ticket for this 90 minute tour exploring the seven acres of historic gardens with the head gardener, James Neal includes entrance to the house and grounds, tour, soup and fresh bread roll in the café. Tour starts at 11am to 12.30pm. Cost is £16 for Non-members, £11 for Sussex Archaeological Society Members and Friends of Michelham Priory. Numbers are limited so please book in advance.
