THE WESTHAM CRAFT GROUP: meets in Westham Village Hall every other Thursday afternoon 1.00 pm to 4.00 pm, our next meeting is on Thursday June 9. For those who are unable to make it to the afternoon meetings there is an evening meeting on the third Wednesday of every month 7.00 till 9.00 pm. Each sessions costs £1.50 and this includes tea/coffee and biscuits. Why don’t you go along and join them for a chat. Enquiries, and for more information, contact Sue on 01323763520.

WESTHAM POP-IN :hold Drop In sessions in Westham Village Hall every Wednesday morning 9.30 till 11.30 am, when they serve tea/coffee and biscuits at 60p. Also, there are paperback books available for 30p each.

A SERIES OF EU Referendum Public Meetings: has been arranged (and will be chaired) by Huw Merriman, MP, when you can join him to hear speakers arguing for and against remaining in Europe. Many MPS are seeking to persuade their constituents to vote for one side or the other but Huw believes that it would be of more help if he brings the information and leaves people to make their own decision. The location for the public meeting that covers the area of Stone Cross, Westham, Hankham and the surrounding area will be held in the |Priory Court Hotel on Thursday |June 16, starting at 7.30 pm.

There is no need to register: it is first come, first seated.

THE WESTHAM ART GROUP :which meets in Westham Village |Hall every Wednesday afternoon will be holding an Exhibition of the group’s work on Saturday June 25 from 10 am to 4 pm in the hall. Many of the paintings will be for sale and there will also a Tombola running during the day in aid of group funds. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
