SEAFORD LITTLE THEATRE: Steyne Road are performing Ladies Day from this evening, Friday, until Saturday February 25. There are performances daily at 7.45pm with additional matinee tomorrow, Saturday, only at 2.30pm. Tickets are available from Redgold Opticians, 32 Broad Street. SEAFORD POETRY DAY 2017: At Arts@theCrypt, Church Street tomorrow, Saturday, afternoon with writing workshop and the evening reading and entertainment. Tel. 07521 954545.

LUNCHTIME CONCERT: St Leonard’s Church, Church Street is entering their 10th year of these popular one hour free admission concerts. Tomorrow, Saturday, Ellie Blackshaw (violin/viola) and Julian Broughton (piano). The programme will include Vaughan Williams Lark Ascending, sonata for violin and Elgar’s Chanson de Nuit and Chanson de Matin, piano. There will be a retiring collection.

FITNESS LEAGUE: With Margaret. Tone and stretch, strengthen and mobilise ready for the spring. Fun, achievable, non competitive, low impact exercises to music which are suitable for both men and women. Classes held at Seaford Head 6th Form Centre, Steyne Road on a Tuesday 7pm to 8pm during term time.
