BEACH TAVERN: The recently closed Beach Tavern has now been put up for sale and will be auctioned at Clive Emerson Auctions in Brighton on December 15. It’s being sold as Vacant Freehold for a guide price of £350k plus. The catalogue suggests it could be re let, converted into residential and more worryingly ‘may be suitable for a Supermarket Chain or similar commercial space’. A suggestion which must worry residents and businesses in Pevensey Bay.
