YOU ARE invited suffer ‘a Fete Worse Than Death’ if you accept the invitation to attend the Middlehampton Village Fete on Saturday, October 6. The stalls open from 7pm and the Fete start at 7.45pm! So, go along to St Luke’s Parish Centre and enjoy all the fun of the fair (and the Murder Mystery evening) as presented by the St Luke’s Players.
Snacks will be provided by the stallholders but if you want a drink, take along whatever you need together with glasses.
Due to the very high value of the goods on the stalls, a payment of £6 per person will have to be made with a reduction for any under 16’s attending who will only have to pay £3. Tickets from the Box Office on 01232 767020.
HEARING AID batteries can be changed at Kamsons Pharmacy on the second Saturday of each month (the next October 11), 10.15am- 11.15am. Run by volunteers from the East Sussex Hearing Resource Centre, you need to take along your NHS Brown Book. They are unable to re-tube or service open-fit (Corda) hearing aids – you will have to go to the Audiology Dept at Hampden Park for this.
