Deliberate car fire in Eastbourne

Firefighters were called out to Eastbourne last night (Monday, May 2) after a car was deliberately set on fire.

A crew from Eastbourne was called to Tutts Barn Lane at 10.06pm, after reports of the car fire.

They used a hose reel to put out the fire before leaving the scene at around 10.44pm.

Fire investigators believe the fire was started deliberately.
