Customers at an Eastbourne hair salon donated their hair to a charity which makes wigs for children with cancer and raised £800 in the process.

Wotknots in Belmore Road held a charity day for the Little Princess Trust and those having their hair cut included stylist Debbie Robertson, Bobby Watson, Christine Hobbs, Jessica Jessop, Daniel Kidd, Ashlea Langton-Smith and Stevie Borham, who donated 16 inches. Lynda Cassidy at the salon said sponsorship should take the total to £1,000.
