POLICE are linking three burglaries in the Seaside area over the last few days. The break-ins have all taken place at terraced houses with alleyways to the rear.
Entry was gained through insecure windows and bags, purses, wallets and mobile phones stolen.
A police spokesperson said, “This is a timely reminder to homeowners to ensure windows and doors are securely locked when they are out and overnight.
“Burglary is an intrusive crime and we want to avoid anyone else in the area becoming a victim.
“The homes targeted were quite densely populated with a network of alleys nearby.
“We appeal to anyone who may have seen someone acting suspiciously in the area over the last few days to come forward and contact police on 101.”
