The two teenagers charged with the murder of 46-year-old Chris Poole have been remanded in custody until October 30.

Shane Noble, 19, of no fixed address (pictured), and a 15-year-old who cannot be named for legal reasons, both appeared at Lewes Crown Court today (Monday). The 15-year-old has been remanded into the custody of a loca authority outside Sussex.

They were two of three teenagers arrested after the death of Mr Poole, who passed away as a result of serious head injuries sustained during an altercation on Thursday night.

The third teen, a 13-year-old, was earlier released on bail without charge.

Noble and the 15-year-old were both remanded in custody until October 30, when they are due back at Lewes Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing.
