The CQC report into East Sussex Healthcare Trust (ESHT) is likely to be published in late November – says Eastbourne MP Stephen Lloyd.
The Care Quality Commission inspected the DGH in September. The report will look at the overall quality of care and leadership across the Trust, including at the DGH and Conquest Hospital in Hastings.
Mr Lloyd said, “Given the considerable interest the CQC inspection has generated, I am sure that many local residents are keen to find out the timescale for publication. I have been told by the CQC that we can expect the report in late November or early December.
“I look forward to reading its findings. We all know the challenges faced by our local NHS and it is important the town finds out from an independent source what is and is not working.”
