BEACHY Head Countryside Centre is celebrating the new National Park status with wildlife displays, entertainment, face painting and a mini beer festival.
The event will take place on April 2 and 3, with the opening ceremony at 10.45am on April 2 and will be attended by mayor Carolyn Heaps and other invited guests. The Pentacle Drummers and Hunters Moon Morris Dancers will be performing on both days. Events on offer at the free family event include organised walks and book signings. A free bus service will link Beachy Head, the sheep centre and Birling Gap on both days.
