MORE than £600 was raised for Macmillan Cancer at a St Andrew’s School, Meads, coffee morning.
The event was open to parents and guests and there was also a cake sale for the children.
An impressive £612 was raised in three hours.
Headmaster Simon Severino said, “It was a great community event and for a very worthwhile cause.
“A big thank you to the Friends of St Andrew’s who organised the morning; it was lovely to see so many visitors, old and new, enjoying themselves over a coffee.”
