Eastbourne residents are being urged to sort out their winter wardrobes and help the local children’s hospice.
Chestnut Tree House is on the lookout for unwanted winter gear to sell in its shops to help raise much-needed funds to provide hospice care for children and young people with life-shortening and life-threatening illnesses in East and West Sussex and south east Hampshire.
A spokesperson said, “Coats, jumpers, boots, shoes, ski wear, hats, scarves, gloves, winter wear and formal wear – Chestnut Tree House needs them all. Drop your donation in to your local Chestnut Tree House shop and every penny raised from the sale of your unwanted items will go directly towards providing vital care for local children and their families.”
The Eastbourne shop is at 176 Terminus Road.
