A BBQ, raffle and much more will form part of a charity event taking place on Bank Holiday Monday (May 30) in memory of soldier Daniel Prior who died in March.
The 27-year-old from Peacehaven died after being wounded by an improvised explosive device.
To help raise money for a trust fund for his baby son Logan the day has been organised at the Telscombe Tavern from 2pm until 6pm.
A beer tent, DJ, games and auction will form part of the day’s fun. Teams are also needed to participate in the games, which costs £10 for a team of six.
For more information call the tavern on 01273 584674.
