CCTV images released after man knocked unconscious outside Eastbourne station

British Transport Police officers have released CCTV images of four people they wish to speak to following an assault at Eastbourne station taxi rank.

The incident happened on Sunday, 12 June at 4.30am.

A man was knocked unconscious and acquired stitches to his head as well as bruising and grazing to his body.

Investigating officer DC Vanessa Cottington said, “I am keen to speak to the people in the CCTV images as I believe they have vital information that could help us solve this crime.

“The man was badly hurt and I would like to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time and may have witnessed the assault.”
