Chesters move to a fabulous new office in Station Parade

Chesters Eastbourne, new property shop opens in Station Parade

Chesters Eastbourne, new property shop opens in Station Parade 18/05/12

CHESTERS has a new home in Station Parade after 30 successful years at the Enterprise Centre.

Director and owner of Chesters, Louise Thompson started the company in 1984 letting her first property, a bungalow in Willingdon.

Louise has seen many changes to the lettings business including the introduction of comprehensive housing laws. Eastbourne has seen many new lettings agencies opening and closing and the competition has doubled over the past five years, especially with some estate agents now offering a rental service.

Chesters still believe they have something special, offering a complete fully-managed service with professional staff who have a comprehensive knowledge of the housing regulations and HMO requirements.

A successful opening party was held on May 18 attended by the Mayor cllr Mike Thompson, Eastbourne MP Stephen Lloyd, and many landlords and associates.

With a new prominent window display in place Chesters’ properties are visually more apparent and easily viewed by many passersby.

This summer holiday bookings have doubled in the last year and Chesters will see hundreds of visitors coming in to collect keys for their holiday homes.

To find out more call 721216 or visit the newly refurbished offices at 12 Station Parade to discuss every aspect of lettings whether it is a holiday, long term let or student accommodation; Chesters can provide a service which is second to none.
