Three teenagers will appear in court this morning (Monday, March 23) after a stabbing in Hailsham on Friday night (March 20).
Police were called to the vicinity of St Mary’s Parish church at around 8.30pm on Friday, where several youths were reported to be fighting.
During the incident, a 16-year-old boy was stabbed and was taken to the Royal Sussex County Hospital, Brighton, where he was detained for treatment.
Three people were arrested and will appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court at 10am Monday morning.
Oliver Anfield Dennis, 18, of no fixed address, and a 17-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy, both from Eastbourne, have each been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievious bodily harm.
