BREAKING: Air ambulance called to Eastbourne after man falls from hotel window

Emergency services are attending an incident near to the Cavendish Hotel on Eastbourne’s Seafront this morning (December 30).

The air ambulance, fire service and police are currently at the scene of the incident.

A Police spokesman said, “Police and paramedics are attending an incident at the Cavendish Hotel in Eastbourne where it is believed that a man has fallen from a window.

“Emergency services were called to the scene in Grand Parade at 10.54am on Wednesday (December 30).

“The man is understood to have suffered serious injuries. There are no further details at present.”

Update: The man has been taken to Royal Sussex County Hospital in Brighton by Air Ambulance
