EASTBOURNE Borough have released midfielder Simon Wormull.
The 32 year-old, who signed from Lewes last summer, has had his contract cancelled by mutual consent.
Wormull made 37 appearances for Borough, scoring six goals, including a spectacular strike against previous club Stevenage in the televised 2-1 win last October.
The midfielder spent seven years at Tottenham - three as a schoolboy, two as a trainee and two as a professional, before going on to play for Brentford, Rushden, Stevenage and Crawley.
He won nine caps for the England Semi-Professional side and was voted
Conference Player of the Year in 2000.
