A TEAM of 10 local audiologists have cycled 200 miles to raise funds for Hearing Link.
The charity has its head office at The Waterfront in Eastbourne and the audiologists from Nottingham, began their fundraising quest from that office before cycling on to Croydon, St Albans, Northampton and Leicester before arriving back in their own home town of Nottingham.
Will Brassington, head of audiology and member of the cycling team, said, “It was hard-going at times but worthwhile.
“I cannot over-emphasise the value of the services that Hearing Link provides and recognise that people affected by hearing loss benefit from having a place to turn where they can seek further information and support. We’re delighted to raise money and awareness to make sure Hearing Link can keep offering these services.”
