A new Indian restaurant mixing contemporary and traditional cuisine has opened up on Royal Parade.

Royal Rasoi aims to bring the ultimate authentic fine Indian dining experience in Eastbourne.

Managing director Ankur Aggarwal said, “The menu will take you through the rich, historic and traditional culinary journey from North of India with a couple of adventures through Southern India &
the city that never sleeps, Mumbai. Our master chef is specially trained in India with an International experience and has been preparing traditional authentic Indian cuisine since 1978 and has had a privilege of cooking for the president of India.

“We undertake group bookings, parties and functions for up to 100 guests.”

MP Stephen Lloyd, who was a special guest at the launch, said, “I was delighted to open the splendid
new addition to our curry offer in Eastbourne, the Royal Rasoi.

“Its head chef was once the personal chef to the President of India and after I’d had a taste it was clear why he had been chosen. Delicious!”
