PART of a parade of shops in Eastbourne have been sold.
Five lots which form part of a parade of commercial units in Willingdon Road were up for auction in mid-December for a guide price of £110,000 and £130,000.
Three of these have now been sold, all in the region of between £22,000 and £26,500 each.
Two units, 18 - 20 Willingdon Road and 22 Willingdon Road, are still available at guide price of £28,000 - £32,000 each.
Back in December auctioneers Clive Emson said the units offered 'an ideal opportunity for investment, owner occupation or office accommodation'.
