PARENTS at Parkland Infant School had the opportunity to take part in maths lessons.

The adults attended a five-week Maths Learning for Parents and Carers Course.
Headteacher Tim Mehmet said, "We were successful in our application for funding from Family Learning in East Sussex.
"Mrs Gus Skidelsky planned and presented very informative sessions relating to adult numeracy and guidance on how to make mathematics learning enjoyable at home for parents and carers who have children at our school.
"On behalf of all parents and carers who participated, I would like to thank Christine Nielsen from Family Learning and of course Mrs Skidelsky." (e17022j)
