TENANTS in Eastbourne now have the opportunity to fully inspect the style of kitchen being installed as part of the Decent Homes improvement programme.

Decent Homes is an initiative that is bringing all council properties in Eastbourne up to a government standard.
Depending on the condition of the property the work can include new bathrooms, central heating systems, doors and rewiring.
Until now the consultation process has consisted of showing tenants samples of work tops, cupboards and other fixtures and fittings, allowing them to choose which design they prefer. However, the new sample kitchen at the Langney Resource Centre provides a fully
equipped showroom experience for tenants to enjoy.
Eastbourne Homes are responsible for managing the Decent Homes work in Eastbourne and this week chief executive Jo Ellis visited the resource centre to take a closer look.
She said, "We work very hard to consult with all our customers and this development reflects that commitment.
"I would like to thank our contractors Apollo and also Price Kitchens, DB Developments and
Red Square Services, who all helped ensure the kitchen was superbly fitted and also gave their time and materials free of charge."
