New fish restaurant for Harbour

A NEW fish only restaurant has opened its doors at Sovereign Harbour.
Piscari on the Waterfront is the brainchild of entrepeneur Ron Slatcher and the menu includes a wide range of fish dishes.
Ron said, "I have visited several restaurants in the area over the years and, although I have had great meals, these were never consistent and for every two good meals the third is always disappointing.
"For a coastal town like Eastbourne, it is impossible to find a five star quality fish restaurant.
"The full menu combines traditional seafood delicacies with contemporary cooking styles, ensuring a dining experience to remember and enjoy time and again."
